Land Development Approval
To request Planning Board approval for a land development, merger or subdivision, submit an Application. There are varying levels of subdivision, merger, and land development, and while they all use the same application, they require different levels of review and therefore different fees, as outlined below:
Planning Board Fees
- Administrative Land Development or Subdivision: $50
- Minor Land Development or Subdivision: $100
- Major Land Development or Subdivision: $200 plus advertising and postage costs (calculated by staff)
