Planning Board

The Planning Board meets at 6:00 p.m. on the fourth Wednesday of each month, with adjustments to the November and December schedules to avoid conflicts with the holidays. 

The Planning Board of Central Falls consists of five members. The Planning Board meets on the fourth Wednesday of each month. The Planning Board helps update the Comprehensive Community Plan and long-term land use policy. The Planning Board also provides recommendations for zoning cases set to be reviewed by the Zoning Board.

Complete applications must be received at least 30 days prior to a meeting.
