Winter Weather

The city's parking ban will be lifted at 8:00pm tonight (Friday, February 19). Thank you for your help keeping our streets clear and safe.

City Hall

City Hall is open our regularly scheduled hours.

Parking Ban & Parking Lots Available

While a parking ban is put into effect, city officials and the Police will notify the public that if your car is on the street during a parking ban, then it will be ticketed and towed.

When a parking ban is put into effect, there are many parking lots throughout the city that residents can use for parking.

Be on the look out for parking bans notification using resources below. Parking ban alerts can be found on the city of Central Falls’ social media accounts, website, or through local media outlets. When a parking ban is in effect, all vehicles must immediately be removed from the street. All vehicles parked in municipal lots during a parking ban must be moved within 4 hours after the ban has been lifted.

Snow Removal – Do’s and Don’ts

Home owners are reminded to shovel sidewalks in front of their property after every snowstorm. Sidewalks are required to be shoveled within 4 hours after the end of any snowfall. Residents are prohibited from clearing snow into the street.  Visit the city’s website for more info on our shoveling ordinance.
