The City, through its receivership program, was able to tackle three vacant and abandoned houses that were within one block on Cleveland Street. All three properties were bank-owned, and the receiver was able to bring the banks in to begin repairs on the properties. All of the properties have been sold to new homeowners, and are no longer vacant and abandoned.
