Can someone answer me this question?
Why is the nursing facility at 60 Eben brown lane allowed to have city recycle bins when in fact it is a business, & why the city inspectors allow them to accumulate trash & cardboard on the ground & overflowing bins every week?
    What is conspiracy here?
Thanks please let the law be applied equally.
