Summer Food Service Program
Our Summer Food Service Program is back, bigger and better! The Central Falls Summer Food Service Program provides free breakfast and lunch to Central Falls youth (ages 18 and under) from June 27th to August 25th, operating Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm at Jenks Park. The program aims to promote the values and benefits of healthy living by offering nutritious meal options and numerous physical activities for kids in the community. Enrichment activities, games, sports, and fields trips are offered throughout the summer. Registration and participation are free and the form can be found below!
Ralph J. Holden Summer Youth Basketball League
Summer basketball is back on Saturday mornings starting June 24th at Higginson Sports Complex! Registration is only $10 for a summer full of fun. Registration kicks off Tuesday May 23rd and the cost is only $10 for a summer full of fun! Registration forms are available at CF Schools or City Hall and may be returned digitally to email@example.com or in person during normal City Hall hours (8:30-4:30 M-Th, 8:30-1:30 F).
Midnight Basketball League
New to Central Falls this year: the Friday night Midnight Basketball League! Adult basketball played under the lights at Higginson Sports Complex. Registration is $50/player or $600/team but thanks to a generous donation from the Blackstone Valley Community Action Program, the first 3 full teams to register will have their registration fees waived! Registration kicks off on Monday May 23rd, from 5-7pm at City Hall, and registration forms are available at City Hall and may be returned digitally to firstname.lastname@example.org or in person during normal City Hall hours (8:30-4:30 M-Th, 8:30-1:30 F). Players will have to chance to compete against local city and regional rivals and an all-star team will take on other RI cities and a Boston all-star squad at the end of summer.
Come and dance the night away on Roosevelt Bridge, over the beautiful Blackstone River in CF. We close down the bridge and bring on a live band from 8-11pm on the last Friday of every month (6/30, 7/28, 8/25, 9/29). We offer free salsa lessons, courtesy of Mambo Pa Ti,
from 8-9pm. We also feature a rotating lineup of food trucks provided by FoodTrucksIn.com
and beer and wine by Revival Brewing
. Food and beverages are for purchase but the rest of the event is free!
Celebration of Martin Luther King Jr.
Come celebrate the life of Martin Luther King at Central Falls City Hall. Enjoy performances from Central Falls you, powerful literature readings and visits from special guests as we take time to reflects.
Central Falls' President's Day Celebration and Pictures with George Washington (2/19/16 5:30pm)
Come celebrate our heritage at City Hall on Friday evening, February 19th at 5:30pm. There will be free pizza and the opportunity to meet, learn from, and take pictures with a historical president!

Community event aimed at keeping youth off the street during Halloween. Attractions include free carnival games, candy, music and even a Haunted Tower Tour!
Claremont Street Knights of Columbus Hall, 11:00AM – 1:00PM
The Central Falls Prevention Coalition hosts it's free Annual Thanksgiving Community Meal for families in Central Falls. Volunteers of all ages serve a warm holiday meal to residents and also advise them of the dangers of smoking, and having the attendees sign a smoke free pledge.
Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony
City Hall/Jenks Park, 4:00PM – 5:30PM, first Sunday in December
Free refreshments, holiday carols, free pictures with Santa and a beautiful tree lighting ceremony in front of city hall.

For all Central Falls residents, this dinner features a gift for kids from kindergarten through seventh grade. The City also throws a Holiday Dinner at Central Falls High School with gifts for children in grades 8 through 12.
