News & Events
As Citizen Corps continues to expand across the country we will bring you stories about ordinary citizens who have greater confidence in their safety because they are better prepared and better trained or success stories from the Citizen Corps programs, such as reduced crime rates, fewer emergency calls for 911 or even an actual rescue or example of emergency assistance.
We will also bring you news from around the country about Citizen Corps in action and relevant events here in our nation's capitol. If you have an interesting story to tell, we want to hear about it! Please email CitizenCorps@dhs.gov to share your story.
